Solicitor fees are separate. Neither
paid plan buys legal advice. If you engage a solicitor through Solicitor Connect, that solicitor
is engaged directly by you under their own terms, and they set and bill their own fees. Your
DlíWise subscription pays for the DlíWise product only — the software, the workspace and the
preparation. We do not take a commission on legal work.
Fair use, stated plainly. The
allowances above exist to stop abuse and keep the price honest — not to catch you out. We will
never use a limit to block you from exporting your own data or from reaching urgent safety
information. We do not use the word "unlimited", because it would not be true.
Questions people ask before paying
- Is this legal advice?
- No. DlíWise gives legal information, organises your facts and documents, and prepares safe correspondence. Legal advice, representation, conveyancing, probate and court documents are solicitor work, and we hand those over rather than attempt them.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes — online, in one step, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and you keep the ability to export your own files.
- What happens to my documents?
- They are stored in Ireland or the EEA, kept as the original you uploaded, and deleted when you tell us to. See the trust centre.
- Do you use AI?
- Yes, and we say so on every generated answer, along with the sources used and the date they were checked. See the AI notice.
